Calendar Webpage

An accounting business site I wish to add an interactive calendar to. I would like a page of 12 monthly calendars with little post-it notes attached to certain days, which are significant tax and payroll dates. The post-its will move when you cursor over it. When the user clicks on the post-it for that date, an explanation of the significance of that date will appear on screen, informing the user of the tax or other deadline for that date. The calendar will update for each year. Should the tax deadline dates fall on a weekend, the tax deadline will then appear on a Monday following the actual deadline. My site was created using Frontpage, and I would like the calendar to blend in with the rest of the site. I would also like the calendar to be uploaded and published to my site. I have a pdf file of a calendar mailer that was sent to clients for 2006 to follow as an example. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The created website page must be able to run with IE, Netscape and Firefox. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website was created with Frontpage. It needs to be viewed properly with IE, Firefox and Netscape.
