Backend Website Management(repost)

I need some help. Take a look at my website, www.myrebelradio.com. Notice, on the front page there is a place for the "current dj is.." That is run by a program that checks an admin panel to see what DJ is scheduled to be on the air, then it loads in a picture. Then if you look at [login to view URL], that page also uses an admin panel to see which DJs go in which slots. The pictures are actually an entire file that includes the name as well. Then if you click on a dj, it loads their bio with another picture. also managed by a backend program. My question is... Is there a way to have one program run all three areas. In other words, upload one picture--have the site reformat the picture to fit each of the 3 uses. Also, have the [login to view URL] page be created so that the image is only a picture and the site creates the name based on the backend program. Also on that same backend program, be able to type in a bio for each DJ. Let me know suggestions.
