Baby Photos Site(repost)

Price is important, but so too is the amount of time u think this will take, & ur confidence in completing all the pieces of work on time. This is a baby photo site. Yes, I know, not the world's coolest web project, but its better than financial services! :) Please use PHP and MySQL. This is what my client needs: A website where u can put on photos of ur baby (max age 18 months)(as many as u want) for a period of 1 month for £1 for each photo (or currency equivalent) Visitors to the site can vote for the baby pic that they think is the cutest (must only be able to vote for any baby pic once) At the end of each month the baby with the highest votes will be shown on the front page of the site for a period of 1 month and the parent/guardian will receive a cash prize of £X value (or currency equivalent). The competition then starts again. The website will consist of a members section which for a yearly fee of £25 u would be able to access which would also entitle u to enter one baby pic month for the 12 month period. The members section would include useful articles and help for bringing up a child and would include a forum. Revenue for the site would come from the competition entry fees, membership fees and banner advertising to retail outlets associated with babies.
