Advertising Page PHP Coding

My project is advertising inside my site. I want to offer small businesses the ability to advertise on my site... Main page need the following: 1) Allow guests to search via Store Name, City, State, what the store sells ( I will allow several catagories for this) 2) Page should then list all the results to click on Page Link Each advertiser will have a 1 page ad on my site that allows them to showcase pictures of their store, provide a description, store hours, sales information, and also a coupon. I want each store owner to be able to login and actually change this information themselves...so if they want to change what the store hours are they can do that.... Each ad will be template based so they are uniform in look. I will be integrating this with a .PHP based forum software (vbulletin) but this needs to run seperatly from the forums. I would create the template for the business in HTML and the information they have stored in the database would appear in the proper space in the ad. I will need help setting this up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all version of IE, firefox, .PHP
