Additions and modifications to excisting site

I run a supportsite in my spare time, and are now in the process of moving to a new system, this is why I need some heltp doing the following small fixes/modifications for it all to work. I need: 1. Forum integration/creation 2. News module 3. Banner management 1. to have a forum integrated, it is already there and working very well. Its simple but working. Only problem is that it does not show in the same "frame" so it shows in full screen missing out on the menu and the banners. It is mayby possible to modify the excisting forum, or make a new simple one using MySql (the one now uses single layer db .txt). The more simple the better, no user login etc. only one admin login, to post messages from the site admin (so no one else can use the site admin name etc. 2. I need a way to do news on the site, it could be included in the excisting article management system, and then a category of NEWS could be added. then only a new SHOW SCREEN needs to be created. The news will show on the front page, and there have to be some way for people to add their address to recieve a news mail. So also some newsmail function needs to be included. 3. I have a bannermanagement system, that I would like modifyed to work on the new site. the old one used frames, and then reloaded the top banner every time the main frame was loaded. the new site does not use frames, so that wont work any more. But all the same functions need to be there. you can see the old system at www. pc - care . dk and the new one is at www. backup 2 web .dk ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
