Add Paypal and 2checkout.com Payment Code to PHP Scipt File

This should be pretty quick and simple for those familiar with PHP. I purchased a script online that provides license locking to .exe files. I have installed it on my website as a service to clients (9.99 a month) I have everything edited/altered to my liking and the script works fine except for one thing: 1. The paypal and 2checkout code on the [login to view URL] file is not up to date - both online processors say the order link is not valid and I'm not familiar enough with the code to add current payment coding because there is affiliate code included. SO...could someone help me get this straight? Winning bidder should be english speaking, proficient in PHP, and be able to get the job done as quickly as possible.
