Add Links Pages and Miscellaneous Site Changes

I need a competent coder to make the following additions & revisions to [login to view URL] 1) Make the light blue borders on either side of the text area white 2) Lose the dark blue outline around the text on each of the pages 3) Widen each page so that it takes up half of the current left and right margins. 4) Change typeface throughout site to Tahoma 5) Split up the Xpression News articles on the index page so that they are in rows of two, side-by-side, left right, left right etc. 6) Add about 10 pages of links, each page with no more than 25 links per page, per the source code I will provide you with. 7) Add a few paragraphs of site content above the links on each of these 10 or so pages that I will provide you with, including title, title tag, page description, and meta tags that I will also provide you with. 8) Link each of the 10 or so pages to each letter/number of: C o p y r i g h t 2009 on the index page (underlining was added only to demonstrate, but don’t include them). 9) We might have to tweak a few things to adjust to the revised parameters mentioned above ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
