Need a way to refresh a linked table and copy its data? and save it as a regular Access table.

I have a program (prg#1) that is linked to? a table in an Access database. The? table is linked to a sharepoint site.? My program is using data from the linked table.

I have another program (prg#2) that also needs to use data from the linked sharepoint table, however, the fact that the table is linked to sharepoint, program prg#2 cannot? use data from linked tables,? but it can? use data from? a regular access table. I need to resolved that issue.

To resolve it, I select the "linked table" in Access and then I do "save as object" and it allows me to save the sharepoint table data into a regular Access? table. However, when the sharepoint data changes, my "save as table" does not get updated with automatically (My linked table does get updated but not the regular table). To update the regular table, I have to constantly update it myself by recreating it. To recreate it, I simply follow? the same steps I mentioned above. By the way, I am using Access 2007?

Can someone out there help me with this? problem?

**How about creating a program\Query that can perform that task for me and I can use schedule task in windows to run it automatically .....that's my idea....anything other idea is welcomed.
