Access Data Mining software

What I am looking for is a database with data mining built in. I have 4 or 5 different files (some are csv, excel and csv files without headers). I need to import them into a database keeping trace of where they have came from... (source list) Then I want to take the items from those databases and create a list of items that I will carry on my online store.. (master list) when I update the source list I need the program to check the master list of products carried.. and then updating the price and qty... then with this information to be exported out to a oscommerce databasea format only updating the qty and base prices or be printered out on a report. I can send or upload a sample of the source list files if needed. I would like to have this done in a timely mannor. more updates or changes may come before the final coder is picked. the interface must be a easy to use GUI interface that novice user can use with little or not how to training..
