Create Feeds Import node automatically

project is on drupal.
I have a content type "P" which has an field containing an url.
When a content type "P" is created some feed node should be created automatically.
The feed importer are created and the mapping are working. When I create the feed nodes manually, everything works.
Only problem is to automatically create the the feed nodes and construct the right URL's.
the feed nodes URL's looks like:
[url removed, login to view]$key&data=$data
$Key is an API key
$data is an field value from the content type "P".
At the moment we need 4 feed nodes created, when a node of the content type "P" is created.
Would be great to realize it with the rules module, Alternativ is a custom module.
The project is needed asap. please post only when you have experience with the feeds module.
I think that this is only a small work, but I am open for discussion.
