Make an open save dialog that will implement all the extensions instead of having separate ones as in the FILE-> Open Dicom, Open Raw etc., just one open dialog with all options in one place Add an additional, tiff, gif , and JFIF extension to open dialog Make it save to a mysql [login to view URL] should have a table that contains First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, ZipCode, DOB,AGE and be able to enter all this info along with the saved pic.
