Data Entry in CRM system

Enter about 60-100 company records into our database based on the open source CRM system XRMS. Should only take 2-3 hours - I will email you the data, and give you a login to the (web based) system for data entry. These records were emailed to us, our database crashed, and the only record we have is what you see below.
