Combination of numbers script 2

I need script developed.... I'm not sure what would be the easier way to do it, maybe PHP or excell, or something else. Doesnt mater really, I only need final result as set of numbers. This is how this should work. There is a pool of 30 numbers 1-30 I need script that will make me combination of numbers that will guarantee 5 of 5 number match with 10 numbers set. so set of numbers look like this; set1: 1,4,5,6,7,9,11,14,23,27 set2: 6,8,9,12,13,15,18,22,28,30 and so on. What i need in the end is set of this numbers by 10, which will fulfill this criteria: For ANY 5 numbers from pool 1-30 i need at least one hit of 5 in this set of 10 numbers...it can be total of 100 set number, or 50, or 129...I'm not really sure how much it needs....But in the end I need a hit of 5 numbers for any 5 numbers selected from this 30....
