We have an application developed that allows users to play and track their brackets for the United States NCAA Basketball Tournament and we need someone to fully test this application (website) and document any and all bugs or flaws found. Please review the attached document as you will be required to use this template to report any problems found. Also, read the detailed requirements of what will be expected when testing.
NOTE: You will be required to do 3 rounds of testing so make sure you bid appropriately. After each report, we will fix the bugs you list and then do a new build for you to test.
## Deliverables
1) The tester must use the attached form to document the bugs/flaws identified and must provide the screenshots that demonstrate the problem and a sequence of steps to reproduce.
2) Must test with all the major browsers including IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.x, Safari 4.x, Chrome.
3) Your test must use 'real' data from this years college teams for both the men and women's teams. Men's conferences and teams and records can be found here [login to view URL] You will need to enter the actual teams and conferences of the NCAA so that it is easier to verify your results.
4) You will need to fully test all aspects of the system including the admin and standard user pages. The following steps will need to be included:
a) Create 3 tournaments: one for the Men's NCAA tournament with all 64 teams, one for the Women's NCAA tournament with all 64 teams, and one for the Men's Final 16 Teams.
b) Enter all the actual NCAA Teams
c) Enter all the actual NCAA Conferences
d) Create at least 5 groups in each tournament and register at least 5 members of each group. If you do not register at least 5 groups and 5 members, this test will be considered incomplete.
e) Each group created should test different scoring systems and you should verify that all the scoring is computed correctly as each game winner is entered for each round.
f) When creating your Master Bracket for each tournament, make sure to use the actual teams as mentioned above and when you test scoring by enter the winning teams, make sure that selecting different outcomes generates different scoring for each group and for the overall system.
