Contact Query and Download Site

I am building a site that will be used on a paid subscription basis for downloading contact names and other information pertaining to individuals at medium to large companies. The site is pretty simple consisting of 3 different sections (actions).

1. Company query- this function does a search in the database only by company name, however- we track enterprises 3 levels deep and the query will encompass 3 tables- so the query needs to do some tricky work to combine results together and put them on a 'List' page with Next 'N' record browsing functions.

2. List Builder- this function will provide a page to search by many company demographics like SIC code, revenue, etc. as well as any of the many different technologies that we track that companies may be using.

3. People Search- this function will be used to search for information retaining to people in a company, (department, management level, title etc..)

All of these options need a 'download' link for the user to download a CSV file from the 'List- reponse' pages, unless the coder has any better ideas how to handle that.

I am not looking for design as I have templates and style sheets that I will be using for this site.

I can provide a template exe to show how the site should work if necessary. I also can provide our table structure upon acceptance of the bid.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) and complete source code of all work done.

2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

**3) Well commented and structured code. There is no such thing as too many comments with me.**

## Platform

ColdFusion MX 6.1 on Windows 2000 and MySQL 3.23 running on OSX- must run on V4 of mysql as well, i will be upgrading soon.
