Create bottom half of page to show featured listings

I have a page which contains a dynamic banner that works and is live. The dynamic banner displays properties from a database that has ItemFeatured = 1. The banner, in this case, shows the image of a property and then has several thumbs to show the other featured properties along with their name, a short description, and location. All this info is pulled and placed in the currently built banner as a header for a page. I need the bottom half of th page built from information displayed in the top half.
The bottom half of the page will include a div that will list the property name, short description, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. The quantity of featured properties in unknown. The page could have 2 ro it could have 4 (as it does now) or more. The page will need to load these divs according to how many itemFeatured = 1 it finds. It is basically just displaying the information in the banner in a different way on the page to provide something for a user to get interested in and click on. If the user click on the item, it should link to the properties description page, which is also built.
