I having a JPG which needs to convert into Drupal 7 Theme. Prefers Adaptive or Zen Base.
Very easy and simple theme. Should not take more than 2 days to finish.
No Responsive needed. Expecting Comment in tpls and in CSS files. I am Drupal themer myself. But overloaded with the work. Can be doable in 50$ maximum. Theme is nothing fancy. For a 5 page website.
