I want a very simple utility program that takes a name of a currently running process on the local PC and gives me back the data in it or its child open windows. As an example, if I have a PC running WordPad and there is some text in that open WordPad document, I want to be able to get the text from that wordpad document. I am going to use this inside another utility so I have to have the source code. Finished program would look like a plain dialog box with an entry field that accepts a program/process name, a text box that would hold the result of the fetched text and then a go button. So, if I typed WordPad into the entry field and hit go, I would get the text from the open word pad document in the text box. If I typed NotePad then i would get the text from the currently open NotePad document. Again, I have to have the source code and I want this written in C#.
