c++ opengl cegui

Require someone to create a opengl basic framework. The framework needs to be based around the nehe windows framwork code ([login to view URL]), and needs to have a main menu screen. the menu must use crazy eddie's gui ([login to view URL]). All mouse/keyboard events etc need to be hooked up to the gui. So there must be 3 'pages' the main menu page, and two other pages showing something like basic shapes. The purpose of this is to get me on the right track to creating a game. So i need full working vc++ 2005 source code. The main menu page must have buttons which can be clicked by mouse which direct the user to one of the two other screens. In the two other screens, there needs to be a way of going back to the main menu. It needs to be object-orientated and generally designed nicely so i can add my features easily.
