dmoz pharaser

i currently have a java program that i found that will pharase the data files you get from dmoz. the rdf files. i dont know how how to run this program i want a program just like it do put the info from the site into my sql database and be able to use it. thanks for the bid in advance Attached is the jave program i found. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows 2000 program can be vb vb.net or something i can just run and make work. must put the data into a ms sql database.... if writen in vb or vb.net i can do that part i just need something to read this 600 meg file and make it useable to me thanks
