diff to html/xml converter

Hi, I need a standard diff to html/xml converter with the following specifications: Overview: My input files before diffing have well defined format, and the diffed output file has to be displayed in a html/xml/xsl type. the lines have to be put into a grid, with a predefined format. and have to add some sorting funcition. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform win98,win2k, and xp ## Deadline information it should be done in xml/xsl if possible
