C++ assignment

Hello, This is a C++ project that I dont have enough time to handle on my own. It will take at most 3 days to any competent coder. Please try and describe me your rellevant experience with hashTables. Also, perhaps an explanation of what "open adressing" means would convince me better when choosing the winning coder ? The winning coder will have: - strong C++ knowledge - good command of english I do have lots of other projects that could be given to the winning coder (if he/she makes a good job). Please do understand that I am a coder myself and I'm only posting this because I'm all full with my time. Coders from Romania will also be considered for this job. I'm actually really looking for a good and profitable relationship with one, if possible. Thank you. ## Deliverables - Source-code for the templated hashTable. - 12 output files containing the statistics ! - Excell charts with how the probe numbers increase/decrease. - Word doc REPORT on what strategy is better and WHY. ## Platform Windows\Linux any C++ compiler !
