C++ Software Developer

We want to adapt a downloadable time management program and add minor features to fit our needs. Example: Add feature to change font. We do NOT have the source code of this program so the developer must decode it himself.

A confidentiality agreement must be signed to start the project. The development will be tracked by a monitoring sheet. The finished software should be submitted in .exe format together with the open file so that we can see the programming code. Yes, we want to see the source code used for the new program! The program shall be reviewed to verify the changes you made.

We have a fixed budget. In joining this project, indicate WHEN you can finish the program.

We need someone committed to schedule and is detail-oriented. Please bid only if you agree to all these terms and can start ASAP.
