Cell Network Information from iPaq

The required task is to retrieve the current MCC, MNC, LAC and Cell Tower ID (Cell ID) from the HP iPaq 6945, a Windows Mobile 5.0 platform, using C/C++. These parameters make up the cellular network’s location information within the GSM cellular network. The program should detect changes to this network information and be able to display the data at each new tower. This would preferably be programmed without any additional frameworks installed on the system. If a method is discovered that Requires this to function, it would be acceptable. The program should function with GPRS running on the device. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) C/C++ project/solution/makefile with associated source code, resources, and any libraries or frameworks necessary for proper compilation and execution. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
