Assembler simulation program

Hi! Once again, I am short on time and need this program completed. It is a simulator of an Assembler, taking object code and converting it to machine code. The full specs are listed at: [url removed, login to view] The program MUST be in ansi C (not C++), MUST be compile-able on the GCC compiler, and MUST include a copy of the compiled executable file. Also, unfortunately, the program must be completed the day before I need it; so, I will require it completed by sometime June 15. Thanks!
