Anti-Virus ActiveX + GUI

The project is to encapsulate the functionality of an existing application in to an activex component that can be used by VB,VB .NET, C# and other development environments to develop their own GUI for a antivirus program. And at the same time build the GUI of the application in C# (Based on the Functionality of the ActiveX to be build) and the Application install program The activex component should have exactly the same functionality of the software including on-access virus file scanning. (Important Note: even thought the source for the source application on the link below is in C++ the activex component an GUI has to be Develope in C#) the application is an open source application and the source can downloaded in the following link <[login to view URL]> There is a most than the programmer is experienced in both C++ and C# because the application source code of the above link is written in C++ and the project has a tight deadline. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform should run in windows 98 - XP home & profetional
