Asterisk Live CDR GUI

I need a person skilled in Asterisk & PHP & MySQL to build either a FreePBX module or a normal web portal so that customers can access their live or slightly delayed (perhaps a 5-10 second delay max) CDR data.

The scope is as follows:

[url removed, login to view] customer has a conference number, a ASTDB, and a DID on the server. all of the calls to the conference are made externally to the customers DID.

Currently when a user calls into the conference they are prompted to enter in the number of listeners at their location. when they enter the number it adds their value to the ASTDB for that customer. so 10 people call into the DID and each enters 2 so the ASTDB value is 20. I need on the web gui the attendance displayed on the upper right corner of the main page. and it will need to display the ASTDB value for that particular customer. it can refresh ever 5 seconds to reflect any change to the ASTDB number.

When the Admin leaves the conference I need the ASTDB value stored as the attendance for that conference. and then the ASTDB count set back to zero.

The main page will need to have a CDR that is either realtime or refreshed every 5 seconds. It will need to display the incoming caller id name and number. dialed DID, time of call, duration. digits entered.

and it will need to also be searchable to lookup past conferences and see the cdr and total attendance for each conference (ASTDB total)

I currently have Asterisk 1.8 with FreePBX on CentOS 6.4 (64bit)

I am not opposed to a FreePBX module that did this either. ultimately I want something easy to install on future servers if need be.

It needs to be secure.

I really do need it asap, but I also realize that this is not something that can be done super fast. and if you can assist me with a basic band aid I can buy more time to complete this project.

I welcome questions that you may have to fill in any blanks or perhaps suggestions of alternate paths to accomplish this.
