Adding animation to a Adobe Director proyect

I need to add animation and a simple functionality to an already working project. It's a 3D model of an vegetal cell that can be zoomed in and rotated in my [website][1]. The 3D model was made in 3D Studio Max and was exported to Adobe Director to add that functionality. I will provide the 3D model with the skins and the Director file.
Two different tasks are needed: 1) To highlight each cell´s part (organelles). 2) To give a simple animation to each part of the cell.
Description: 1) The list of the names that I will provide (10 or so) should be at the right vertically, on top of the buttons. Each time the cursor hovers a name, the corresponding cell´s part will highlight, making all the other parts transparent. **That way the name of the organelle will be recognized.** 2) The organelles should be given a little animation to make it more "live". They are floating in a liquid environment, so moving circularly will work. This movement should be triggered by a checkbox. All organelles should move at the same time in different directions. I'm not sure if it will need programming with Lingo or Javascript.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
