Bot driven user id creation, web site scraping and adaptive "testing" - open to bidding

Hi, I'm after someone to set up a some basic software to: - automate creation of large numbers of user id's and batch up url's for manual input of captchas - scrap web site for specific members activity - using a rotating list of created user ids perform mouseclick on specific button in web site relative to their activity - ideally multi host across a range of cloud providers to rotate IP addresses between created user id's - produce a daily summary report of activity of the bot/crawler on the target web site. For someone with solid text processing and bot/crawler skills shouldn't be too hard. Can get you additional assistance with cloud infrastructure if needed. Budget and timeframe negotiable. Would like to be able to expand on this platform in future, and have ability to rapidly rehost. Coding does not need to be to a high standard for maintenance. Dirty nasty hard coding is fine.
