I need a web site developed in asp.net with e-shop and cms capabilities.
The company sells Yachting equipment and would like to have a site to:
* Present its profile on the web

* Provide e-shop capabilities
The web site needs to provide content management capabilities for end users to
* Update content for news articles, images.
<!-- -->
* Add products, changes prices, upload product images etc.
For this reason I propose using latest edition of dot net nuke (although I am open to any other suggestions)
The site needs to be multilingual. Users will be able to supply content in at least 2 languages for now (English and Greek).
In attached file I have created a proposed site map and sketched out how I imagine the home page (of course I am open to the contractors professional opinion and guidance)
## Deliverables
**Some information about the company**
The company sells Yachting equipment and tools. Products are organized in 15 basic categories:
• Electrical
• Clothing
• Boat and motor accessories
• Boat Hardware
• Navigation
• Etc………..
Under each category we may have subcategories and under each subcategory products.
Each product based on its subcategory may have a different set of attributes.
For example a product in subcategory A may have attributes:
* Product Code
* Color
* Fracture Limit
While a product in subcategory B may have these attributes:
* Product Code
* Length
* Dimensions
**About the e-shop**
• Users wishing to use the e-shop will register on the system and will receive a user code and password
• Users will be able to search products using predefined criteria, like product category, price range etc.
• Products will show up with images and detail information
• Users will be able to select products and add them to a shopping basket.
• Users will be able to place orders and make on line payments.
• Users will be able to view past orders and update their profile.
**Other info**
The site should be pleasant and functional.
The general look and feel should remind visitors of the sea (so perhaps shadings of blue would be appropriate for the sites colors. I also like images or shadings of wet equipment (e.g. drops of sea water coming down from a boat) or something like that.
**
Training**
Since I will be personally responsible for uploading and maintaining the site content I would like contractor to provide a few hours of training for showing administration tasks and content maintenance tasks. Preferably through a skype conversation or through a screen sharing session.
**Finally**
Please fell free to ask any other information required that I may have not mentioned.
It would be great if contractor can provide with his offer a quick mock up of the home page used ??"along with the company logo which is attached in project files. It will help my manager to make a decision if he has a visual c cllue of the general look and feel. Also any other screenshots or references about the e-shops capabilities.
If contractor will be using any third party components (e.g for e-shop) it is perfectly ok as long as he mentions it in his offer.
