Help with Security Structure of small .net project

I need the security and data maintenance of this project completed. I've done part of it already. Basic security structure is in the tables users, roles, and task. A user must belong to a role and each role can perform certain task. Its a many to many relationship so there are tables UserRoles and RoleTasks to connect these tables. The rest of the data maintenance is used to maintain data for drop down boxes throughout the rest of the program like state, regions, etc.. The codes table was originally design to keep all of that in there. Attached is a lot of documents to provide a background understanding of the project. Some may be irrelevant to the completion of this part of the project. There is a use case (UC) document in the attachment and I need use case UC-00 and UC-07 to UC-18 complete. These state the details of what I've stated above about user/roles/task maintenance and data maintenance. The security structure of this project was ripped from a much larger project so there are functions in there that do not apply and is causing errors. I need them removed so that they will satisfy the use case stated above. I've also attached the database scripts from the larger project that this was ripped from in case you need to access them. I will need this done fairly quickly so I need someone who can dedicate to this full time for the next few days or perhaps a team. This must be in VB.Net. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform win xp Pro and above IIS 6.0 IE 6.0
