**I need a site, built by a design template provided by me.**
**The site will be ASP based, with Access database. In future, upgrading the database to MySQL is an option.**
**I may consider a site based on PHP and MySQL.**
**I must be able to replace the design template in a simple way, and I shall need detailed directions from the successful bidder.**
**The site will include a products catalog and a shopping cart. Similar to an online store but there is no need for online transactions, as after the client chooses the products they are interested in, the list of products in the shopping cart are emailed to the site owner, along with the personal details the client filled in, and the site owner will later contact the client.**
**Additionally the site will include a customer club module, separate from the shopping cart module, a content management system that will enable the site owner to add pages to the site, an article publishing mechanism and a news publishing mechanism. It is possible to use existing open source code. The site will be built in Hebrew (which is written from Right to Left) so I need to be able to translate all strings to Hebrew.**
All the interfaces, including the backend will be run through a web browser. The system will be compliant with IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Mozilla. The interfaces will be designed in a professional clean manner.
All source code and all copyright will be owned by me (apart from open-source software used within the project). The coder will hand over to me all the source code of the system, with documentation of all components of the software.
