A system that allows people to keep records of all their transactions by way of receipt in a catalogued form within a website.
Could be built on either Linux or Windows - .Net/MSSQL or PHP/mySQL
A system that allows all shops the ability to automatically send their transactions into the online receipt keeping system for the purpose of payment and reviewing (eg. BPay to forward receipt following payment to myrecords).
Also the ability for the shop to attach to the receipt the records of any warranties/insurance policies that are associated with the purchase.
The purchaser can view any warranty information about the products they have bought as well by links.
The system has a detailed catalogue with search engine for users to view any product recalls and similar alerts by companies. Companies can also send into the system an alerts about product defects or recalls. These will also go into a special Alert section that anyone can just click to view.
Users can add their own notes or information associated with any purchase or services – and delete items as well.
Users can also add details on important dates and or events eg. Medical appointments, registration, rates, tax payments. It becomes a complete record keeping system of all their purchases, appointments, registrations and important information that they want to get at their finger tips.
Also the ability for banks to automatically send through Bank Account statements and records/correspondence directly into the persons record keeping account.
Users can scan and store of important documents and certificates with the ability to retrieve, print and view these documents. Examples such as trade, marriage, birth, death, professional, education, training, taxation, CV’s, passports, wills, tenancy agreements, referrals, leases, travel records, medical records, employment contracts, wages/income, etc.
Users also get an area for ‘never forget file’ and ‘must remember file’ eg. To maintain records of various business and personal contacts.
Users can also store any quotations that they receive – the company can automatically post into the system these kind quotations.
And ultimately users will not just be in a position to view receipts of purchases, they will be able to make payment through BPay directly on the system.
