Crawling Application (1401701)

I need a crawler/grabber that grabs user contact detailsfrom 3 different web sites (site name will be provided to only selected bidder)and stores it into database table.? Oneof the site contains captcha Images. Please specify how you are going to dealwith this. If required we can hire captcha data entry operator. Please giveyour suggestion on this. Please mention the programming language you are going to use,third party controls required, etc. You can also provide readymade applicationif you have one. Also make sure that your bid amount should be final amountand contains all the addition charges like purchase of third party control,etc. For me highest priority is reliability of application. Idon’t want application that works for one day and another day it fails. Pleaseprovide references of you have any.
