Need to build a website that will allow users to browse through coupons listed by restaurants. Users must be able to "buy" the coupon (requires registration) as well as "buy" gift cards from restaurants. Search restaurant information, and view them on a map (from mapquest, yahoo, or gmail)
Resteraunts must be able to log in, describe thier business, fill in information (which the website will turn into a printable coupon). Resteraunts must sign up by emailing the administrator, who will call and finalize information.
Resteraunts must be able to publish advertisments on the website and must be able to look at statistical information about how many people have bought gift certificates or printed coupons.
Admin Dashboard also a plus

I am slightly tech savvy so will be able to help with many of your questions.
The general idea of the Website has been described above. I will give a full idea of the layout as we get move through the planning phase.
Key aspects:
- A program that will be able to create a coupon in .pdf, .jpeg, or .gif format from a list of information provided by the Restaurant
- A system that will allow users to pay by credit card
- System for approval for restaurants to register (admin must approve them)
- GUI interface
- Admin Dashboard that will allow admin to make basic changes to the site.
