Convert C++ algorithm to run in flex

We have some speech recognition code that presently runs in C++ in a .dll that we desire to convert to a flash application, coded in flex and Actionscript 3.0. This will run on flash 10. Attached is the c++ code to convert, and a sample input file and output files. These can be used by the developer to check that the code is correct.

## Deliverables

A flex function written in ActionScript 3.0 the implements the code given in the file [url removed, login to view] giving exactly the same output files as supplied. The input file is: [url removed, login to view] The output files are: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] The developer should also provide a way to verify that the code they have written does product the same results as the code supplied.

## Platform

The flex app is being developed with Eclipse and flex sdk 3.5. It must compile with these tools, and work with flash 10 when compiled.
