Convert and Update Website Quickly

I have a website that is not quite complete. The site has been designed thus far in asp.net on a windows server. I would prefer to have the site done on a linux server so it would need to be converted from asp.net the site at this point is only a few pages but I need to add a photo and video gallery as well as ad a payment module for subscription service and a shopping cart for product purchases. I have a hosting solution available that provides virtually every option possible for cart,video,photo and various script installations right on the server. What I need is someone that I can give access to the server and they can go in convert the asp.net to a linux compatible site and then add the needed functionalities. This needs to be done ASAP. If you think converting the ASP.NET is more work than just creating a new site using the current site as a guide then that is fine too. Right now it is all about time and price. This will lead to future work for someone who is capable and proves it.
