Convert a VB6 App to ASP.net (using VB.net code-behind)

We have a project that is written completely in VB6. There are 36 forms, 6 classes, and 1 module. It uses ADO for connectivity to a SQL 2000 database. We want this to be re-written to use ASP.net (Front-End), VB.net (Code-Behind), and ADO.net. All the stored procedures and views will remain the same. The code does not contain any inline SQL statements. A copy of all the code and database will be provided. The testing criteria will be to try the functions in the VB6 product and compare the results to the ASP.net product. You can use the VB conversion wizard to get a jump start on the rewrite, but I want all of the final code to be pure VB.net. That means I don’t want any references to the VB6 compatibility object. All bids will be subject to looking at the code and this is not provided at this stage. It will be provided at a later time to a short list of bidders. What is provided is a screen shot of every form in the system (including multi-use forms) and some code fragments (representative of the application as a whole). The application utilizes several third-party components. I will provide you a copy of the .net equivalent to these controls. (Note: these controls are not provided by the same company as the original controls. They will use different methods to accomplish the same tasks.) You will also be provided with the original controls, and all of the documentation that goes along with them. Some of the functions of the application will become obsolete. I will discuss these functions with the winning bidder. Successful bidder will be given an area on my site to load and test the code with me. All provided code must be internally commented and heavily documented at that.
