Convert ASP quiz app to PHP quiz app.

This is an extremely urgent task that must be done by 3PM central standard time 04/01/2010. I need a quiz written in asp converted to php. I will give you the db structure and source code and you will translate it all into PHP - cloning it exactly. Rather than looking at the source and doing a direct translation I propose the following: 1) We have the database design already. 2) Take a look at the site: we are replicating this quiz.
