Business Membership Website

A website using ASP and mySQL, to do the following... - allow a visitor to see the public areas of the site, but NOT to be able to post in the vBulletin forum (we own a licence for same) - allow visitors to Register, to become members, and use Paypal to pay for that service, with 3 different levels of membership. Successful reg will entail emails sent to admin too. - once registered, a member will be able to create a new forum for their own use, upload docs and images and generally 'run' that forum for themselves. -only members will be able to 'see' other members of equal levels forums ie an A member can only see other A members forums...a B member can see B and A forums and a C member can see C, B and A forums... - business news will need to be screenscraped from Yahoo and Google alerts too, and programmed into the sites home page ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP (classic 3.0) and mySQL on w2k3/iis6 server
