Build-A-Sign Web Site III

I need the code for a web module that will allow me to add to my .NET based websites functionality like that found in [url removed, login to view]

I need it to be able to store all of the information about designs so that they can be re-generated at a later date.

I need to be able to upload logos from multiple file formats, including EPS, JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF, PNG. PDF would be nice as well.

I do not need any of the shopping cart stuff. Just the compiled .NET module and the source code, as well as copyright control.

All web code should use CSS and comply to XHTML 1.0 standards. We would like to see a rough prototype of this functionality before picking our coder and expert guarantee. Budget is a bit negotiable.
