I need a logo/ad/webdesign and blog tool installation for a regional news website (Northen Portugal): 1 - Name: [url removed, login to view] 2 - Values: Inovative, inteligent, optimistic, young; 3 - The website will use Haptek tecnology to broadcast the news just like a TV journalist; 4 - Logo design: The ideia is to join several northern Portugal symbols/logos such as Fozcoa paleolitic site, Costa Nova tipical houses, Casa da Música building, Barcelos Rooster and FCPorto blue and white colors. 5 - AD design: I need 3 banners and 3 flash presentations (about 10 seconds each); 6 - ASP Blog tool installation: I need a blog tool developed with ASP or ASP.NET, with RSS or Atom syindication, with feed-back/comments features and multiple user login for posting new entries; The administartor should be able to acept or reject the posts; Sitementer or similar stats counter should be installed. I'm to suggestions and open to buy small tools (less than 75USD); 7 - Webdesign: Setup the main page and all the other pages; 8 - The software will have to run on [url removed, login to view] web services. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
