Auction project bidder, help needed

two questions regarding an auction site we are planning to develop. first, a technical help, Please advise what is needed to achieve the following: we run an auction site, but allow some site owners to list some auction listings on their website. All bidding, updating and listing will go through our site, but other sites can pick few listings and make them apprear on their sites and have real-time update of the bidding price. Is it XML? how much in involved technically? Second, I need coder who has experience with Auction bot, a software can search through major auctions like ebay, yahoo, etc and return the listings matching seach keyword. if you have experience developing it or know how to do it,please drop a line, I will invite you to bid on my next project (when I have the details) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows
