Are Link Partners Linking Back?

I have many link partners and simply need a tool that will enable me to check if my link partners ars still linking back to my website. I would like to simply enter a url of a links page on my website. Then press "go" and the tool would collect all links from my site that are on that page and are pointing towards outbound websites. It would then crawl each of their sites looking for a link back to my main index page, or a page I would specify before I clicked "go". Once finished it would give me a list of all the websites I link to and would also say "yes" or "no" that they linked back, plus would give me the webpage they link to me from. That's it. Sounds pretty simply to me. The only downfall I see is that it may take a long time to crawl the larger sites with message boards, as there may be thousands of posts. Maybe you could get around this somehow. Please email me if interested.
