ActiveX Print Control

I need a custom Active X control for use on my webster for printing on clients printers who are logged in to my webster.

I need to be able to print with NO print dialog popup and no user interaction. The Active X should simply send? a page or URL? to be printed to the printer. I need to be able to set programmatically the print job properties like paper set to Legal or Letter, margins etc.

The? site? in asp.net 2.0? - VB Script

A member will download and install the ActiveX and when they get an order in the system it will print automatically to their local printer according to the settings.

If this could be acomplished by a custom asp.net control, i would take that too as long as it acomplishes the above.
