Accounts Payable Invoice Module

Built in ASP.NET C# preferred with a SQL 2000/2005 backend. The Scanning part should be able to scan multiple pages. The scanning station could be an application built just for that purpose on those machines. We would like the images to be stored in SQL server also. Would like to create an AP (Accounts Payable) invoice entry module. When an invoice is received it will be entered into this module and scanned. Also, part of what is entered will be the approver’s name. The entered unapproved invoices will be displayed in a work list for the approver. The approver can simply view the image and approve the invoice electronically. The AP clerk will have a work list type screen that will display all invoices entered that are approved or not yet approved. The AP clerk will then be able to batch all approved invoices by the click of a button into a file to be imported into MAS90 (file creation process already created in the PPM). The PO Matrix will be built into the coding so that the system would know if a particular signer had the authority to approve that invoice amount. If not, the invoice would be able to be scheduled out by the AP clerk for a second approval. There will also need to be a description box for the approver to attach notes for the AP clerk to review for that particular invoice. The system PO Matrix will need to be easily updateable by database manager. Integration with MAS 90 is required. We must be able to import this file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The Description of this project to be fully met. 5) Intergration with MAS-90 6) All benefits met: Benefits: - AP will be able to track every invoice that comes into Accounts payable. When month end close out is in process we will be able to see all received but unprocessed invoices for follow up and accruals. - Electronic approval will ensure timeliness and that invoices are not lost in transit. Also, the PO Matrix will be built into the system to ensure all invoices are not processed without proper approval - We will be able to store all processed invoices in a table and run several custom error checks on each invoice during data entry. For example, we can see if a particular invoice exists for a particular vendor across all companies not just 100 or 101, etc. - An audit trail for ever button clicked. We need to know who approved certain things. - We will be able to build custom reports through the system such as an accrual breakdown report, etc. ## Platform SQL Server 2000/2005 C# ASP.NET Windows XP IE 6.0+
