Access Word/PDF creation with image referencing.

I have an access database which imports data from a text file and then assigns categories to the data and is intended to create stock list files. I have attatched the latest version of the database and 2 word files. The word filesshow the template which maps the fields in word and the reuslt showing what the result should look like. The template does not mean the solution should use mail merge, it should not, it merely shows where fields should be placed in the result file. Finally, a form will need to be created to deal with slecting the category to create the stocklist for. The categories are held in the database table 'categories' I need this project finished asap as a coder has already let me down. Images are refenced in the database, these will need to be displayed in the produced file, an elegant solution is needed here. The quicker it can be done, the more bonus I will give. PDF or word will do for the solution, but no mail merge. Office 2000 and above and Access 2000 runtime compatability required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
