ASP / XML menu

This requires the construction of an ASP script to use an xml file (most likely in the following format, although this may change but it should be very clear and easy to add new parts of the menu). The ASP script will be included in a number of sites using the ASP include command, and must display the menu that is appropriate to the page its being displayed on. Titles are optional and allow the menu to be broken up into logical sections.
