ASP.NET Product Library and Licensing System

HRD Press sells Human Resource material which is produced in-house. Most of the materials we sell are in the form of 3 ring binders, the content of which is printed from pdfs (Adobe Acrobat Document). We would like to offer customers the ability to purchase licenses to these pdfs and allow the customer to be able to reproduce these documents at their own cost by printing these pdfs themselves. We would like to create an ASP.NET based application that provides our customers with the ability to easily search for and find products that they are looking for. Once they have found these products they can then download the appropriate pdfs and print them out. To make this product licensing system flexible we require the following functionality: * Searchable database of products * Product comments that can be entered by the customer * User levels * User permissions * Download cart * Download tracking ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working application including database backend. 2) Complete Source Code with proper documentation. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Application must be written in C# Must run on Dot Net Framework 1.0 Must Use MS SQL Server 2000 for Database backend Must work with Netscape 4.0+ and Internet Explorer browsers Must run on IIS 5.x and above.
