change form slider to work on phones

I currently have a jquery slider that we have 2 forms programmed into. They work great on computer and tablets. because phones are smaller and not the higher resolution i need this changed so it will look right on phones.

i do not care if the one i am using can be fixed or if you have something different you can put in or do. it doesnt even have to have the slider effect. it can be done in ajax if someone wished. all the mysql queries are already done. more need someone that can fix this look issue or redo in ajax or another slider that will look right across devices.

we want the operation to be the same as what we have now.

right now a user will answer questions and click next and it will just scroll tot he next page. the back button will only show up after the 1st page and the finish button will only show up when they get to the end.

if needed i can send screenshots but this is all behind a login and password i can not let you into the site till i choose a programmer.
